Raspberry with hazelnut Tart


Assalamualaikum...kepada semua yang minta resepi! nah ini dia...selamat mencuba semua!! Actually nama resepi nih adalah Tat Linzer yang saya olah dari sebuah buku resepi lama (Pengarangnya berbangsa cina), tapi untuk kesesuaian dan menepati citarasa anak tekak sendiri...ada ingredients yang saya ubah dan tambah! hehe. Tapi memang sedap untuk dijadikan hidangan minum petang......


Ingredients:
A     150 g Butter
        100 g icing sugar
B      1 egg
        1/2 lemon zest, grated
C     250 flour
        100 g ground hazelnut
        pinch ground cinnamon
Filling - Raspberry jam (bake-able jam)


Methods:


  1. Mix (A) until well blended. Add in (B) and cream until smooth. 
  2. Add in (C) and mix until well incorporated. Place it in refrigerator for 30 mins until firm.
  3. Take the pastry from fridge and knead it lightly until smooth.
  4. Roll it until 3mm thickness. Line a greased 9-inches pie mould with the rolled pastry.
  5. Spread raspberry jam at the center.
  6. Roll the trimming pastry for 2 mm thickness. Cut into strips about 1 cm wide. Place them on top of the jam to form a lattice pattern.
  7. Egg wash the pastry and bake at 190 celcius, for 30 mins or until golden brown.
